My sim card isn't working... I haven't had any network available for three days now. Yesterday I spoke with an agent who very helpfully instructed me to update and restart my phone in order to go to my mobile data settings but they have still not become available to follow the instructions they shared with me. I also tried taking the sim card out and swapping it out for my fathers which is vodafone and that picked up network just fine which leads me to think it is a problem with the card rather than the phone. Is it possible to get a new one sent out?

If you need a replacement SIM then you can get one by following the instructions here:
But before you do that...
What exactly does this mean?
What exactly hasn't become available?
Was this SIM working ok a few days ago?
If so then did anything change on the phone to cause it to stop working?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Are you not getting any network connection at all - i.e. no signal bars?
If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
If you do get a connection to the 48 network then does anything work?
Incoming/outgoing calls, incoming/outgoing texts, mobile data?
Do you have an active membership plan?
To configure your APN settings see here:
If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to configure the settings:
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.
