You mean that your bank card has expired?
If so then you'll obviously need to get a new/updated card from your bank first in order to be able to make further payments/purchases.
When you have that you can use it to purchase a new plan.
If you want to automate your membership plan renewal thereafter then you'll need to register your new card details on your My48 account and enable auto-renewal.
What exactly do you mean by "original plan"?
