Mobile Data not working

I bought my new 48 simcard 2 days back and i activated the monthly student offer on it, But the problem is even after successful activation, the data is not working, No youtube, no google, no Instagram, nothing, Kindly resolve this at your earliest,

Are calls and texts working ok? 

Are your APN settings configured correctly for mobile data to work?
