What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and allowance balances? 

What membership plan are you on? The unlimited data €12.99 plan or a cheaper legacy plan with limited data allowance?

When was your mobile data working ok last? 

Are calls and texts working ok?

Are your APN settings still configured correctly?

What exactly do you mean by "I topped it up"?

What exactly did you buy?
