My SIM card is blocked. Can you help me to unblock the card?

What exactly do you mean by "blocked"?

What are the symptoms of the problem? 

Any error messages? 

When was the SIM working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime?

My SIM card is blocked. Because I haven't used this number for a long time. Can you help me unblock the card? I want to top up my balance but I can't do it. Can I continue using my card?

If you mean that your SIM is suspended because you didn't buy membership for 6+ months then you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them if they can lift the suspension so that you can buy a membership plan and use the SIM again.
