What do you mean by "top up"?
I presume you mean that you're trying to buy a membership plan?
What do you mean "it won't sent the request to my bank"?
What happens when you try to buy a membership plan?
Any error messages?
When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and the account contains sufficient funds if it's a debit card?
