My phone won't top up

I've tried so many times to top up and it won't sent the request to my bank. Can someone please help me. I've been with you for years.

What do you mean by "top up"?

I presume you mean that you're trying to buy a membership plan?

What do you mean "it won't sent the request to my bank"?

What happens when you try to buy a membership plan?

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and the account contains sufficient funds if it's a debit card?
