I cannot get connection restored

I am unable to disable Auto Renew so my membership will not allow connection and there is no one to speak to to support or fix issue

What do you mean by "get connection restored"?

What happened?

When was it last working correctly? 

What do you mean by auto renew being a problem? 

What happens when you try to disable it? 

Why does it being enabled cause problems?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?
