Membership purchased but doesn't appear on account

My frend top up membership Yesterday,take money, but in app shows no membership. Wat to to?

What does the relevant account's My48 account Dashboard say about current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does the Transactions page say about yesterday's payment/purchase?

Does the Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

If the payment was taken at the bank but no corresponding membership plan appears on the My48 account then you/they will have to contact 48 support to get them to look into and rectify the issue.

Me to yesterday top up 18:00,pm but Membership didn't come still ..take money..I'm sik of this..
