Hello, yesterday I saw that my initial membership was finished, so I decided to get a new one. I paid for it, my credit card was charged, but my balance is still 0 and the new membership doesn't show . I have no data, even though that was 100gb. Is there anything you could do?

What balance is 0?
What exactly does your My48 page say about your membership status etc.?
What does your transactions page say?

If your previous membership has definitely ended and is not actually ending TONIGHT at midnight then you may need to contact 48 support about this issue.
