CID Manager - New Service Provider Notification (Samsung S9)

CID Manager - New Service Provider

Tap here to use your new service providers app

So when you tap, you then get a warning which reads:

To use your new service providers apps and settings you need to factory reset your phone. All of your user data will be deleted and some services may no longer be available. When you click OK, nothing happens & then message loops around again.

So I completed a factory reset but this has not solved the issue & the CID notification loops around several times a day & I can't seem to find a solution on google.

Any advise ?

I guess that CID Manager is some Samsung specific thing?
As such you probably need to ask Samsung about this.
E.g.

Hope this helps.

If you want to just dismiss the warning then maybe this will work?

Or maybe this might help even if the video refers to S8/+?
But ultimately this is a Samsung rather than a 48 issue.
