Can't top-up - "bundle in progress"

I can't top up my credit. It's wraiting that Bundle in progress since yesterday morning. How to fix it?

This happens from time to time to some users for some reason that has never been explained but seems to be due to some bug in the 48 system:

You'll have to contact 48 support about this and to get them to fix the issue.
