I didn't top up my phone for some time and I want to use it again I topped up and it says network not registered, I can't make calls or receive them.

Where exactly does it say "network not registered"?
On the phone or when you log into your My48 account?
What happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
How long ago is it since you last bought a membership plan?
If it's 6+ months then your account/SIM has probably become suspended as per the terms and conditions.
Can you log into your online My48 account?
Do you get any error/explanatory message there?
If it's longer than 12+ months since you last bought a membership plan then your account could have been deleted altogether.
You'll have to contact 48 support about this and to see if they can reactivate/restore your account/SIM if applicable.
