Yesterday evening I topup from wife credit card 12.99 muany gone from accaunt, but my data and calls all didn't work. Show me again I must top up. I looking to help sopurt free phone number, didn't have.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan?

What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?
