I'm trying to register my sim. I had a used a email that I didn't have the password for so I changed it, how so I get the email to the new email?

Porting issue

Hi, I changed network to 48 today at 12.30 and ported over my old number, some networks still can't ring me and was wondering if my port is gone through fully so that I can top up my account??
