Inquiry about SIM card delivery status

I ordered a 48 SIM card on January 16th, but it has not arrived at the delivery address. How can I check if the SIM has been dispatched from their end? There doesn’t seem to be any way to track the SIM. It has already been more than 5 working days. How can I contact customer care about this?

SIM orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive:

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

They are sent by regular An Post postal service so there's no way to track them.
