Confused after joining 48 & buying membership

I have Authorised AIB to pat 25.98  to  48 mobile. Please update my credit. Joining 48 mobile is very complicated for an 80 year old (Plus a few younger helpers)!! I hope this will finally  get me started after 3 days of trying. Kathleen O Grady

New to 48 but SIM not working in phone so far
