First payment not showing on my account

Earlier today I paid €25.90 first payment to 48. The payment was made using a Revolut card and was confirmed in the Revolut app. However, no payment has shown up either in my Revolut transactions or on my 48 plan. Has anyone else had more than one payment taken from your account later on after trying several times because it didn't appear to go through the first time?

I presume you meant €25.98 (€12.99 one-time activation fee plus €12.99 for the first membership plan) and not €25.90?

What does your My48 account Transactions page say?

Is there an active membership plan listed on your My48 account Dashboard page? 

You'll probably need to contact 48 support for more assistance with this if there is a payment issue.
