Can't order a SIM while in Spain

It tells me that i am not in Ireland to be able apply. My data sim is in spain.

You have to be in Ireland to order a 48 SIM.

What exactly do you mean by "my data SIM is in Spain"?

48 don't do data only SIMs just regular calls/texts/data SIMs.
