More than 24 hrs for porting

I took new sim card and did the process for porting. but its more than 24 hrs hours its still showing that your number is getting port to 48.How much time it will take more now?i need help here can someone do that

I have requested for porting to 48, my old number is not registered under my name. Hence, need help to register old number and port to 48.
