I tried to port from yesterday from Tesco to 48 I am getting data now to use but I can't call and can't buy membership what should I do

Hi I got a sim card and never used it as my job gave me a sim card. My husband wants to join 48 mobile but shares my email address can he use my email address.Can you cancel my original request to join 48 mobile.

Can't update registered payment card details

It appears to be impossible for me to update my debit card. I now have to change to another provider because 48 is unable to assist me.   Have I been a customer for too long and is my plan too cheap and do they need to get rid of me?
