No SIM card received

unfotunately I haven't get my 48 SIM card but I am really sure that I ordered it last month and it should have been UCD. The staffs there said it may be missed on the road. I was so sad and disappointed. How can I do? It it can be recent to me as soon as possible?

You don't seem very sure that you actually ordered a SIM?

What do you mean by "it should have been UCD" and "it may be missed on the road"?

Why not just submit a new order? 

SIM orders shouldn't take more than 7 business days to arrive.

Or maybe you can get one from a FunTech store?
