Couldn't activate SIM, support activated it, but now blocked

I ordered a sim and it wouldn’t activate with the code give . I got onto an agent and they activated it on there side, only to be told the sim was blocked a couple of days later. I tried with the code to activate it again but it won’t work - again. I tried to get on to an agent but there is none available! What can I do?

You can't activate a SIM more than once.

What exactly do you mean by the SIM being "blocked"?

Where exactly does it say that? 

Is this a message coming up when you log into your My48 account or something?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Seems there was a glitch and they had to send me a sim again. Very awkward service. But at least it was dealt with quickly.

Anyone with this issue should chat to an agent to sort it as you won’t find the solution on the Community topics. Same for porting number, activating number etc.
