Why are my incoming calls not working?

Address shows number of sim reached

My address shows the number of sims ordered are reached

Can't port number - saying already registered with 48

I want to swap my number to 48 I have a sim that I registered on a 48 sim but want to switch my number it's saying it's already registered as I was with 48 and changed

Tried to order SIM several times but never received one

Hi many times trying to get 48 sim ,but don’t know what happened to the order,many different ways try but all the same,how you work?

Just joined but can't buy membership plan

Hi just joined - cannot display dash board nor can I purchase a plan how long does the this all take to configure before I can see it

Can't buy membership plan - "bundle in progress"

I activated my sim a few days ago but I have not been able to purchase a plan, It keeps telling me I have a bundle in progress and it is not allowing me to purchase membership. Can you have a look for me please, thank you
