Number hasn't ported after 5 hours

Hi , all
I changed my number today to 48 network and i told that it would take 2 to 3 hours.
But now its the 5th hours and still its not been resolved, really disappointed don’t know to do what.

Did you follow the instructions here?

Including receiving the porting security code on your phone with the old provider's SIM installed and working?

If you did everything there an it still hasn't ported over then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance as per the instructions.
