I did activate my new sim and asked to move my number 5 hours ago, it doesn't move yet

As it says, if there are problems or delays with the number porting then you probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.

Do you have an active membership plan in order to use services?
For data to work you'll need to configure your APN settings.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
