New number SIM card activation - service is unavailable

Hi, please help.

Just activated my new SIM card by entering activation code, choose new number, after that it shows service is currently unavailable( please see photo below). I am logged in my account, the same shows if I log out and log in after on My48 accounts -dashboard. I have already paid for the plan. Once I inserted the SIM in the phone, it shows that it's not active. How can I activate my new SIM card? Thanks!

Your attached photo isn't showing.

Did you follow the activation steps here? 

If that didn't work then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
