Activated SIM but can't buy plan - "bundle in progress"

I received my SIM this morning.  I activated it and moved my number - I got a text from 48 to say they had finished moving my number.

When I go to buy a Plan I get the following message - anyone know what this means or what I need to do 

 

*Sorry you are not allowed to purchase memberships, since you have a Bundle in progress*

This happens from time to time to some new or existing users for some reason that has never been explained (or fixed!) by 48.

You'll have to contact 48 support to ask them to correct this so that you can buy stuff successfully.

I had added 26€ in this sim and when I got to activate the sim and purchase bundle It was not working or not paying with credit

Your post is a bit unclear @SameeU3646.

Did you successfully activate your SIM?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date and vat credit balance? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments? 

Did you buy a membership plan? 

What exactly is or isn't working? 

Connection to 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls/texts? 

Mobile data? 

If anything isn't working then do you get any error messages?

What do you mean by "it was not working or not paying with credit"?

That doesn't really make much sense. 

Please explain your issue more clearly and in more detail.

What has your issue got to do with the title of this thread?
