Can't receive OTP to pay for plan

Hi. Just after signing up with 48. Got SIM card and activated it. Can receive calls and texts but can't make any. Tried to buy a plan thinking it might be this. Can't get a one time passcode to make payment as it says SIM not validated.

What one time passcode are you referring to?

I've never had to use one to make payments on 48.

Is this from your bank or something?

If you can receive texts but not this particular one then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
