No service or mobile data for last 3 days

Hello,I am getting in contact as my mobile plan has not been working for the last three days. I constantly says I have no service and is unable to work the mobile data. This is not to do with my data allowance as I have not used it up for this month....

Can't buy plan - "bundle in progress"

I’ve just got 48 and transferred my number onto the sim.I try to buy a plan but it says is already bundle in progress.I have no idea what this means or what to do so I came here.I hope someone can help me.Thanks

5G speed throttling?

I would like to know if 48's 5G data speeds are restricted from what speeds are available. Any answers would be welcome. Thanks.

Roaming stopped working in Spain after two weeks

Hi, all was working fine for the past 2 weeks but since yesterday roaming is no longer working from Spain, according to the dashboard I still have 6.5GB of roaming data left, anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
