In spain and havent recieved my roaming data text to set my settings. Cant use data on guido. Help please

I'm on GUIDO. My apn settings haven't been changed. My mobile data worked perfectly in Ireland, but alas, not working here. Contacted the agents twice, but no joy, which is more than disappointing. Calls and texts working ok. Internet working on wifi...
