Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

Are calls and texts working ok? 

When was mobile data working ok for you last? 

What changed on the phone in the meantime? 

Software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.
