Apparently. If you have problems when going abroad and roaming and also having problems in Ireland with data and signal. And have a SIM that's older than 2 years. We are to upgrade to a new improved SIM. TThey haven't told us all yet. I doubt they will. So order a new sim to improve data and signal. Hope it works for all with problems.

I Upgraded my daughters sim card to avoid roaming issues as previously had roaming difficulties.. Apparently the next generation sim card eliminates all the messing about with settings to get your roaming to work.. Received the sim yesterday and activated it.. Daughter traveled to Italy today and no coverage...! had to talk her through all the manual settings while she hotspotted off a friends phone.. Very annoying!!!!
