Why can't I access data on my phone?

 Can anyone explain to me why I can`t access data on my phone?

Did it ever work for you? 

If not then did you ever configure your APN settings? 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

If it did work before but doesn't now then try deleting any existing APN(s) and reconfigure from scratch as explained above.

Are calls and texts working ok?

 I was having problems with phone and my service provider so I bought a new phone last christmas and I changed my service provider after christmas. Both phone calls and texts are without problems. I have  a laptop so when I`m at home I don`t need the phone for data. However when I`m out and about and want to look up an address or post code I get a pop up message "You don`t have an internet connection". 

Dalyer, thank you for your suggestions, I`m not a young techy guy like you so it`s like being a kid back in school  again, everything has to be explained to me in simple terms, e.g. my APN settings, I have no idea what that means so I guess I`ll have have to seek assistance from a teenager.

If your mobile data doesn't work after doing that then contact 48 support for further assistance.

I didn`t receive a configuration message in my notification panel.

If that didn't work then configure your APN settings manually.
