Where is the chat/message button to contact 48 support?

It says the opening hours for assistance with queries. Just click on the message icon bottom right of the screen. For the love of God where is the icon to message??????

Can call & text but no data?

I have a new contract started with 48.ie.I can make calls and text but no Internet. How do I fix this?
