Terrible service.

The last couple of weeks my service has gotten really bad, internet is terrible, regular phone service , is patchy at best non existent at times. Am I the only one? It's getting to the point where I will switch companies.

Where are you located? 

Do you know others on 48 (or maybe even Three) in your locality to see what their experience is? 

Did anything change on your phone since the problems arose?

Can you be more specific about the issues that you're experiencing? 

E.g. how, how often and when connectivity is impacted etc.?

Maybe it's worth trying a replacement SIM too see if that makes any difference?

My internet does not work ( currently using wifi to reply) my phone signal is one bar. Nothing has changed it was great service until about 2 weeks ago. I'm in the midlands, no one else I know has any issues.

If you know others on 48 who are unaffected then I would definitely try a replacement SIM in case your existing SIM has become faulty.

If the problem persists then perhaps your phone has developed a fault? 

One way to check would be to try the replacement SIM in another unlocked phone and see how it performs there.
