My personal hotspot is no longer available since switching to this network and I need to get it back

What exactly do you mean by "my personal hotspot is no longer available"?
Is regular mobile data working for you for connected apps and internet browsing etc. when not connected to a WiFi network?
If not then you need to configure your APN settings.
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:
Once mobile data is working then you can set up your personal hotspot as normal.
