No mobile data

Using a phone from the US (Samsung Galaxy S23FE). When I put my SIM card in (100GB membership), my mobile data does not work however it shows I have signal. Mobile hotspot, phone calls and texts work just not mobile data. I've tried different sim trays, network settings reset and changing APN, still nothing. Any help appreciated 🙏

Did you configure your APN settings correctly?

data don't work

You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

When was it working ok last? 

Has anything changed since then? 

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
