Network fluctuating every 10 minutes

Network is fluctuating in every 10min. I live in dublin, first I thought it's about my place but everywhere in dublin my network is fluctuating. If I am on vc it stops in every 2min and this is happening from last 4 day.

What does "on vc" mean?

What exactly do you mean by "network is fluctuating"?

Was it working ok before 4 days ago? 

Did anything change on your phone since then?

E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Do you know anyone else nearby on 48?

Are they having similar problems? 

Maybe you should try a replacement SIM in case your SIM is somehow faulty?

If it still doesn't work with a replacement SIM then maybe the fault is with your phone? 

Can you try another provider's SIM in it to test?
