New SIM but mobile data not working

I got my new 48 sim card recently, i got it set up with a plan but even after that i still have no internet, anyone know why?

Do calls and texts work? 

Did you configure your APN settings for mobile data to work? 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they are configured correctly: 

If that doesn't address the issue then post back with more information.
