Internet and incoming calls not working

My internet and incoming call are not working,tried all the ways provided by 48 .here clearly prove that cheaper things always serves low .

When were they working ok last? 

Are outgoing calls and outgoing/incoming texts working? 

What happens when someone tries to call you? 

What do they hear at their end? 

Did you ever configure your APN settings for mobile data to work?
