Yes if you are on a Guido membership.
No if you are on Don or Mitch or have no membership.
If you are on Guido and have problems with internet access when abroad in the EU then check your internet settings and if the APN field has changed from 48months.liffeytelecom.com then edit it and change it back to that, save the changes, switch airplane mode on and then off and then see if data starts working.
