Are you on a Guido membership?
If not then no services will work while roaming in the EU.
If you are but data alone is not working then check the internet settings and if the APN field has changed from 48months.liffeytelecom.com then edit it to change it back to that, save the changes, switch airplane mode on and then off and see if data works.
if it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support for more assistance.
