Internet issue

Hello 48, I am quite frankly angry because it is not the first I had problems connecting abroad using the membership.
A small text appears that tells me that I need to connect to a WiFi or open my mobile data.
I have opened it and still the same issue.
I really need internet as soon as possible.
Could you please help me.
Also is there a 48 phone number to call

Do you mean that you are roaming abroad and cannot get mobile data to work?

Do calls and texts work OK?

For roaming issues the usual general advice applies:
