What notification are you referring to? 

What do you mean by "join mobile data"?

If you have an issue or a question that you need help with from the Community Forum then you need to explain it clearly. 

If mobile data isn't working for you then do you have an active membership plan and are your APN settings configured correctly?

Thank you, I can't configure the APN settings because they sent me message to say they were sending me a notification to install settings. I'm not receiving notification. I just joined 48
