Hi my name is Hannah I am a new customer to 48 mobile and have paid my activation fee plus another 10 euro on top of that yesterday but I have received and email today stating that I have until tonight to claim the 9.99 plan for 6 months although I already paid the first 10 euro

There's no €10 plan so I presume that you're referring to this promotional offer for a €3 discount on the €12.99 membership plan for 6 months?

If you meet the qualification criteria for the offer then you should get it automatically. 

In particular, note the requirement that you keep membership plan auto-renewal enabled. 

What exactly is the text of the email that you received?
