How to access mobile broadband

I recently changed phones and moved the 48 sim from the old to the new. With the old phone, I was able to use mobile broadband when my WIFI was out of range.

However this no longer works with the new phone, an Alcatel 5028Y.

After the changeover, I received a text from the 48 fam.

It said I would be sent the phone settings but they have not arrived. A technician says I need the Access Point Names to get mobile broadband to work.

Can someone please help?

I followed your instructions and was successful at the first attempt!

For a non-techie, it was a breeze and I had my mobile broadband connection established within 5 minutes.
