Mobile data not working

Hi, my mobile data is not working for a few weeks now.
I got my phone rebooted and everything put back on but only WiFi is working.
I can only access the Internet and apps in my house.
I brought it into the phone shop today and he said to contact you cos you need to set up something for my mobile data to start working again.

Did mobile data ever work for you on this phone?
Are calls and texts working ok?
Did you ever configure your APN settings for mobile data to work?
Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:
