On my 48 app the circle chart bar is telling me that there is 200 GB of mobile data in total, but I signed 12.99€ plan for !unlimited! data. I already used 50 GB. Tell me, please, i have 200 GB or it's just bar on 200 GB and it will keep going?

This is what I see on the app:
And this is what I see on the web interface:
Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the app in case that makes any difference?
The Fair Usage Cap of 200GB on the €12.99 plan was removed in August 2024 and data is truly unlimited now.
If you are still seeing a gauge that implies that you only have a 200GB allowance then you should probably contact 48 support for assistance/clarification.
See the links in my signature below.

I don't understand what the issue is so.
You've used 25.22GB.
And your mobile data is still working ok?
What's the problem?

If I get it right: The problem is the same than @IvanH9430 was talking about in its first message: I signed 12.99€ plan for unlimited, but the circle chart bar is telling me that there is 200 GB of mobile data in total. Why? This month I have to use my phone as my main internet router, It is important for me to make sure there is no data limit for any technical reason.
Moreover we know from your last screencap that an unlimited plan probably doesn’t show the mobile data consumption on the gauge, which is normal assuming that you have an unlimited consumption. Why does it show my consumption then?
(For the pictures: I think now the pictures I posted may have to be validated by an admin? And as the topic has an ’accepted solution’, maybe this validation will take a while or won’t happen. I do not dare to put a link to an external website with my screencap as I imagine it is not allowed here)

That's not correct. Mine is showing my data usage but my latest plan only started a couple of days ago and I haven't used that much data yet. Only 0.13GB so far. So the green usage indicator on the gauge is either tiny or not visible at all.

I don't think that this is correct either as several other posters have tried to post images/screenshots over the past months and all that appeared was the yellow warning triangle image. And the image insertion dialog gives the option to specify a URL rather than uploading an image from the local device as well. I think that my images are generally JPEG files in case that makes any difference. And I use Android just in case that matters (although I doubt it).

I've posted external images in the past without any issues.
Have you contacted 48 support to ask them about your mobile data gauge appearance issues?

FWIW I got my app working again and this is what it shows...

Thank you again for the information and for your last screenshot: So it may be normal to see a part of the gauge filled up even with unlimited data.

I have contacted the 48 support to ask them about the mobile data gauge appearance indeed: I will copy their reply here if it is useful. As you mentioned it in your validated answer on that topic, it would be good to have clarification on the subject.

As I say, I don't see that the problem is.
With the €12.99 plan mobile data is unlimited.
The mobile data gauge shows how much data you've used so far during the membership month.
Seems straightforward to me.

I am not sure to understand myself where is the misunderstanding: I ask exactly the same question than @IvanH9430 here.
The gauge seems to show our internet consumption, like a pie chart. And as any pie chart, it implies that there is a "100%", there is a limit of consumption (in this case, 200GB), even if it is just a visual bug. Hence it tends to contradict implicitly the "unlimited plan". It is the very reason why @IvanH9430 opened this topic, after all: To make sure it is just a visual bug , if I understand well.
Your selected answer to this question was "If you are still seeing a gauge that implies that you only have a 200GB allowance then you should probably contact 48 support for assistance/clarification."
I found this answer relevant, as I still see a gauge that implies visually I have only a 200GB allowance, despite the "unlimited plan" mention. But @IvanH9430 didn’t post further message, hence I still don’t have clarification on this question. That is why I contacted the 48 support after my first message posted to ask them directly. I wait tomorrow for their reply, as you suggested it to @IvanH9430 yourself.
Does it explains my approach, or did I miss your point?

The gauge clearly says that the €12.99 plan provides unlimited data.
I don't see how the use of a circular gauge implies that there's a 200GB limit.
I don't think that the green part indicating data used is proportional to the 360° of the gauge.
I think it's just indicative.
E.g. if you had actually used 200GB then I expect that the green part would not fill the full circular gauge.
But even if it did and mobile data is unlimited then what does it matter as long as unlimited mobile data continues to work?
Apart from that, if you're not actually hitting/exceeding 200GB usage in a month then surely this is all academic/moot?

If we superimpose one of my screenshot when 20GB were consumed and the last one where 30GB are consumed, we can see an arc formed by the gauge: It is not a perfect job unfortunately, because the scale changed, but I think we can be confident in the fact that the gauge shows a proportionality related to the data consumption. It is probably not real, the data is probably unlimited, but it is a bit confusing for me, that is why I reached the 48 support team.

"But even if it did and mobile data is unlimited then what does it matter as long as unlimited mobile data continues to work?"
Again, it is the very reason why this topic exist: Just to make sure the data is unlimited and to clear up any misunderstanding about this confusing gauge. You answered it very well yourself, and I just followed your kind advice.
It is important for me because 2 months ago I was on a limited plan (100GB I think?) and I reached that limit at the middle of the month. (I have to use my phone as a router, time to time: controlling the data consumption on a PC is trickier than on a phone) Hence, I found myself waiting more than 2 weeks with a very restricted internet connexion, using every way possible to top up my account with a few data. (on that regard your messages on this forum helped a lot, thank you very much) Maybe it is too cautious, but there is no trouble asking I guess!
And speaking of it:
For whoever read this message in the future: I just received the confirmation from 48. My data is confirmed as unlimited, hence I presume the gauge is wrongly showing a consumption percentage that doesn't really exist, there is no maximum anymore. (as far as I know and according the 48 confirmation)

In that case there's only one way to proceed - buy a mobile data add-on.
There's no other way to get additional data allowance where the membership plan data allowance has been used up before the end of the membership month when on a plan that offers a capped data allowance.

Thanks for posting that. Seems clear so - no limit on the mobile data allowance on the €12.99 plan regardless of how the data used gauge might appear.
