How can i top-up my phone

Hi, i’m a 48 user and i’m wondering if my plan is still working. My promotion expired yesterday and i haven’t top it up since then but it’s not showing me any signs of my promotion; the promotion i was using was the bundle of unlimited data’s with 5000 minutes and sms. I was just wondering how can i top it up even though it doesn’t show me anything about it through the app.

What's this "promotion" that you're referring to? 

Do you actually mean monthly membership plan?
